Pub Trivia Australia: the price is from its public site, which advertised weekly subscriptions from $70 on 3 October 2026. It shows no currency, so AUD is inferred from the Australian seller, and the plan you need may cost more. The other cells were read on 2 October 2026. Its home page says “Ask us about regular subscriptions with no lock-in contracts”. Its terms say fees are exclusive of GST unless it states otherwise. A month here is 52 weeks divided by 12. Phone answering is not part of the plans on its pricing page that day.

Questions managers ask

What does the licence cover?

One venue, that week's pack. Run it as many times as you like inside that venue. It does not cover streaming or broadcasting the night, running it online, reselling it or passing it to another venue. Running trivia at three or more venues? The group plan licenses each one.

Is there a music round? Do you send songs?

There is a music round every week, written as text: years, artists, charts and Australian music history. We do not send any audio. If you want to play clips yourself, play them from your venue's own licensed music source, not a personal streaming account.

What if the wifi drops mid-round?

Switch the room to paper and keep going. The host booklet has every question and answer, and the answer sheets are already on the tables. Nothing in the night depends on the internet.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time, from the account link in every email. There is no lock-in contract. You keep getting packs until the end of the month you have paid for.

Why is there no GST?

Emsden Studio is not registered for GST, so the prices are GST-free. The price on this page is what you pay.

How does the free night work?

Your card is taken at checkout but nothing is charged for 7 days, and your first pack arrives straight away if one is prepared. Cancel inside those 7 days and you pay nothing. After your first charge you still have 7 days to ask for that month back.

Who writes the questions, and what if one is wrong?

They are written in Australia for Australian rooms, with Australian topics in every pack. Each answer is checked against a saved source before it ships, and the source line is printed for the host. If you think one is wrong, reply to the Monday email and we check it.

When does it arrive?

By 9am Monday, Brisbane time, so you have the week to print the poster and post the Clue of the Week.
